Scope

The public site explains Zeklio and accepts demo requests. The private app coordinates invited parties, scoped verification, controlled documents, electronic consent, external signed-document review and conditional release. Neither surface creates an underlying transaction merely by being used.

No custody, settlement or legal advice

Zeklio does not hold, transfer or settle money, cryptocurrency, securities, title or physical assets. It is not an escrow agent, broker, law firm, notary, qualified trust service provider or guarantor unless a later signed agreement expressly says otherwise.

Scoped evidence

An attestation states what was reviewed, by whom, when, under which standard, with what evidence summary and limitations. It is not a reusable trust score and does not guarantee identity, authority, mandate, funds, title, legality, performance or closing.

Electronic consent and external documents

The Founding Pilot records Zeklio electronic consent with authentication and document-hash evidence, or allows an assigned human reviewer to accept a separately signed PDF against the locked version. Neither method is described as a qualified or provider-issued electronic signature.

Participant responsibilities

Users must use their assigned account and alias, protect one-time links, submit accurate authorized material, respect confidentiality and permissions, and promptly report changes, disputes or suspected compromise. Parties remain responsible for professional advice, enforceability and the underlying transaction.

Release and availability

Zeklio attempts an all-or-nothing release under the configured policy, but release does not transfer the underlying asset or ensure commercial settlement. Holds, expiry, revocation, legal requirements or security incidents may block or suspend access.

Professional review

Controller identity, contracting entity, eligibility, governing law, liability, indemnity, intellectual property, acceptable use, suspension, termination, disputes and order-of-precedence language remain mandatory approval fields before the external pilot.
